Janet has developed her skills beginning as a designer, project manager, salesperson, and business owner. This evolution and experience has benefitted both customer and staff to be able to identify and understand the needs of each.
As the founder and president of One Eleven Design, she has developed the company into a full-service interior design firm and furniture dealership. With several distinctions from Herman Miller and former employers, Janet has taken her drive and dedication to recruit and lead the best team of designers and staff to service northeast Indiana.

Tara Warner, Accounting ManagerTara earned her bachelor's degree in Business at Trine University, with a focus in accounting. Tara has 20 years of accounting experience to guide the One Eleven team in financial decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing policy and procedures. Tara is a passionate leader on the One Eleven Design team, someone who leads with heart while never losing sight of the mission. She doesn’t just manage tasks; she nurtures teams, protects quality, and ensures that no detail, or person is overlooked. Whether she’s updating inventory, preparing financial statements, or preparing for CMA certification, she approaches every task with intention and belief. People matter, accuracy matters, and she consistently makes space for both.
Tara has close to 30 years of accounting experience to guide the One Eleven Design team in financial decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing policy and procedures. She loves being part of such an inspiring staff.

**Lisa Bresley, SHRM-CP**, Human Resources Manager
Lisa was inspired to begin her career in Human Resources by a deep commitment to advocacy and connection. She believes HR is at its best when it’s human - when employees feel seen, heard, and supported. Lisa brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to her work, grounded in the belief that a strong, healthy workplace culture drives business success. She is passionate about building bridges between employees and leadership, ensuring every voice is considered while helping the organization grow with intention and clarity.
Lisa brings expertise in policy development, employee relations, internal communications, and process improvement. Lisa led the rollout in the Internal Experience Guide, Safety Manual, Emergency Preparedness Guide, and new internal messaging platform.

Lauren Messman, NCIDQ 37162, Account Manager + Designer Lauren graduated from Ball State University, a CIDA accredited design program. While in college, she completed an internship at MSKTD: an architecture, engineering, and design firm in Fort Wayne. As a designer at One Eleven Design, Lauren works closely with clients to create their vision from space planning and furniture selection to finish selection and power and data planning, to name a few. She works hard to balance schedules and budgets to ensure client satisfaction. — **Lauren Messman, NCIDQ 37162** Project Manager
Lauren entered the design profession to extend her creative passion to clients every day. Her drive to excel and produce high quality work is what brought her to One Eleven Design. It is a rewarding experience being able to impact the community where she was born and raised.
Lauren started at One Eleven Design as a designer. She passed the NCIDQ exam gaining her certification and distingusihing herself amongst others. Lauren has grown to Account Manager, Design Manager, and now Project Manager. Her time in each role has expanded her view on the entire project process, helping lead clients to a smooth and timely completion. No task is too small, and no problem too big for this team.

Ellen Roe, Marketing

Ellen has been a part of the One Eleven Design team since its inception in 2001. She has the habit of setting up her own workstation no matter where or how the One Eleven office evolves - even if she’s living across the country. Ellen discovered her passion for design, specifically graphic design, all thanks to her high school Digital Design teacher. This led her to the One Eleven Design marketing team to work alongside her mother.

Ellen’s scope of work is as long as it is broad and she wouldn’t have it any other way. From staying up-to-date on all things social media, website and search engine optimization management, collateral design, events, brand strategy, and even yoga you can find her working on something new everyday.

**Wren Niedzwiecki**, Project Coordinator
Wren is no stranger to the design field. She graduated from Purdue University Fort Wayne in 2023 and while in school, she worked full time as a Visual Merchandiser and was promoted to Merchandising Lead for several furniture stores in the surrounding local area.
Wren discovered her passion for Interior Design in high school and was able to compete through FCCLA in Interior Design projects where she advanced to the national level. Enjoying both the creativity and problem solving when working with clients on their projects.

Design Team

Maddie McCullough, Account Manager + DesignerMaddie began her time at One Eleven Design as an intern, and began working full time as a designer after graduation. She works closely with clients through programming, space planning, and finish and furniture selection phases of each diverse project. In collaboration with the rest of the team at One Eleven, she’s essential from start to finish, ensuring each furniture and design project are completed to a high level of quality and customer satisfaction. — **Maddie McCullough,** **NCIDQ 406224** Design Manager
After extensive experience being an Intern, Designer, and Account Manager, Maddie now leads the Design Team. Her passion for problem solving ensures that each client has a solution that meets their unique needs.
In her role, she works closely with design team members to guide clients through the initial programming, space planning, and finish selection phases of each project. She collaborates from start to finish, ensuring each furniture and design project are completed to a high level of quality and customer satisfaction. Maddie has achieved NCIDQ certification to be a Registered Interior Designer and is committed to continuing education.

**Madison (MJ) Jacobs**, Designer
MJ has a passion for knowledge and loves research-based design, which is one of the reasons why she was drawn to our team in being a MillerKnoll Dealer. All of her passions are in the creative realm as outside of work you can find her painting, teaching in a dance studio or diving deeper into the world of design.
MJ loves having the ability to manipulate an interior space in giving purpose to every design decision. She intentionally curates each project differently in styles and tones to broaden her range of expertise. MJ prefers the challenge of different project types from working with a residential client all while working with a university and healthcare facility. She loves getting to know every one of her customers and guiding them through the design process.

**Dawn Justice**, Designer
At One Eleven Design, Dawn is a part of the Design team. She fit right in as she had previously been an interior designer at a local architecture firm. However, there she realized she mainly enjoyed the furniture component of design. Dawn loves working for a full service design firm and especially thrives in healthcare design because of her past career and experience in the medical field.

**Kylee Colbert**, Designer
Kylee is a member of the Design Team and her passion is deeply rooted in the desire to assist others in making their vision to a reality. She enjoys creating environments that encourage and improve client’s emotional, physical, and cognitive wellbeing. Kylee looks forward to curating spaces where everyone’s productivity and creativity thrives. A building is more than four walls; it’s a place of inspiration, hope and a future waiting to be built.

Installation Team

George Lazoff, Furniture Operations ManagerGeorge is a talented carpenter and uses his skills + 3 decades of installation experience for One Eleven Design customers. As Furniture Operations, George has spearheaded the installation division of One Eleven Design. With decades of experience in both furniture installation and woodworking, he is an integral part of the company. He leads the team with the highest regard to customer satisfaction. George’s expertise with a multitude of manufacturers is extensive and having the opportunity to share his knowledge with his team is motivating, inspiring, and fulfilling.

Eli Shipley, Installer — **Eli Shipley**, Warehouse Associate
Having such a diverse background, Eli was the perfect fit to manage the furniture side of One Eleven Design’s warehouse facility. With ever changing inventory, customer product, team events, and overall organization of the warehouse, Eli does it all. He provides seamless communication to all teams from scheduling to installation needs . Eli is a true creative and loves to paint and write music, which the team as a whole enjoys.

**Monica Phelps**, Installer
Always motivated with strong organizational skills, Monica has the ability to prioritize tasks with fast turn times, she is an incredible asset to the team. Monica, with her husband and children, like to travel, camp, craft and enjoy the great outdoors. Monica’s love for the outdoors and crafting is instrumental for daily needs internally and externally for the One Eleven team. Her passion is taking any concept and bringing it to life with her diverse skillset and resources.

Trevor Davis, Installation ManagerTrevor brings more than seven years experience and endless energy to every project. Focusing on customer satisfaction is one of Trevor strengths along with fluency in dozens of product lines. — **Trevor Davis**, Installation Manager
Added to the One Eleven Team early on in the installation expansion, Trevor has been instrumental in teaching how to properly assemble furniture with his specialization in many manufacturers. He provides excellent customer service in seeing each and every project through, even beyond the completion date. Trevor works closely with the Design Team to help coordinate each project so every step of the process is executed with satisfaction.
