Katie Henry
Designer, NCIDQ Certified
Katie graduated from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design. Shortly after graduating she moved back home and began her career at One Eleven Design. Once able to qualify, she sat for the 16 hour long NCIDQ Exam and passed on her first try! She is now an NCIDQ Certificate holder as well as a Registered Interior Designer with the State of Indiana. In the future, she hopes to sit for the LEED Exam as well. She loves that at One Eleven Design they hold each other to high standards, seeing as though three of them are currently NCIDQ Certified! Recently she became a member of YLNI, Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana, to find a way to become more engaged in her community. As part of a team at One Eleven Design they are always looking for new, fun, and better ways to serve their clients. They welcome that challenge daily, whether it's a million dollar job or a single chair! (To learn about the best puppy proof furniture, click on Katie's name.)

Lauren Pieri
Designer
Lauren is a proud Purdue Alumni who graduated in May of 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design. To be clear, she is a DESIGNER, not a decorator! She began her career with One Eleven Design shortly after graduation, and the experience has deepened her passion for design and appreciation for Herman Miller furniture. In the near future she plans to sit for the NCIDQ exam to become a certified designer, and she would also like to become a LEED Accredited Professional to help design sustainable environments. She is an active member of Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana and has volunteered for Habitat for Humanity. Some of Lauren's most notable projects as a professional include Visit Fort Wayne and the relocation of county departments between their existing location and Citizens Square. As a young designer, she hopes to bring fresh ideas to the table and build lasting relationships with new clients. (To learn what would make Lauren happy, click on her name.)

Janet Roe
President, NCIDQ Certified
Janet has an interior design degree from Indiana University. She is NICDQ certified and has enjoyed the design business for over 20 years. When asked about her favorite piece of Herman Miller furniture she says "I like many and have trained (brainwashed?) my children to spot Herman Miller pieces in the TV shows and movies they watch. And yes, I have embarrassed them to death on occasions." The Eames Molded Plywood Chair does have a place in my heart for its simple but comfortable design.
