To save, simply right click on the "size" link below the desktop image that matches your screen resolution, and select 'save to disk'.

If you don't know your resolution, you can check by clicking the "Start" button on your desktop. Then, select "Settings", and then "Control Panels". Next, double click "display", select the "settings" tab and your resolution will be displayed in the lower right of the window.
